Card signing is anonymous: no one at Healthy Living will know you’ve signed unless you tell them. Once a majority of workers at all three stores have signed a card, we will have a formal election to officially unionize all three stores. Healthy Living could also choose to voluntarily recognize our union, in which case we would have an anonymous card check rather than an election!
